Reservations for all rooms will require valid credit card information, including card holder’s name, telephone number and email address. Check-in is 4 p.m. Check-out is 11:30 a.m. and we ask that you vacate rooms by then so we may prepare for the next guests. Special arrangements can be made for late arrivals and early morning departures.

CANCELLATION POLICY
As we are a small rural Bed and Breakfast, cancellations affect us greatly. If you find it necessary to cancel or change your reservation, please call us at 902-525-2411 (email cancellations will not be accepted). If you are changing or cancelling your reservation MORE than 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival day cancellation charges will not apply.
For cancellations 5 days or less of your scheduled arrival day : If we are unable to re-rent your room(s) for the entire length of your scheduled stay, you will be charged the full cost of your room(s) plus tax. Please also note that shortening your stay is considered a cancellation.
If you fail to arrive, the entire amount of your reservation will be charged to your credit card on file.
