Our beautiful location in Larry’s River, Guysborough County, Nova Scotia is a short walking distance to local points of historical interest, the wharf where trawlers and fishing boats carry on business or a leisurely walk across the footbridge to take pictures and explore the extensive shoreline.

Our Neighborhood: A Walking Tour 

A short walk will bring you to recreational options and interesting attractions of local historical significance.  Your walk can take you to our village’s 100-year-old footbridge, which has spanned the river since 1924, our 150-year-old St. Peter’s church and across the street to the Parc de Nos Ancêtres . A short drive will take you to Tor Bay Provincial Park’s breathtaking vastness and beauty of the newly developed Place Savalette in Port Felix. Be sure to visit their Salle Acadienne to explore local Acadian genealogy at the Communities Along The Bay facility.
